Hello friends and welcome to another Inky Impressions Challenge! (IIC16)

I get the honor of hosting the challenge for you this time and here's your theme:

"Shine On!"

So please use anything shiny on your creation. Weather it's glossy accents, glitter, sparkly embellishments, etc...as long as it looks shiny, it will work!  Just have fun!!
