INKY IMPRESSIONS 1st EVER DESIGN TEAM CALL... THE ANNOUNCEMENT

Hi Ladies. I would like to start this post by saying that it has been an ABSOLUTE HONOR to have had so many talented crafters enter the 1st Ever Inky Impressions Design Team Call. I can not even put into words how hard it was to choose just some of you. You are all so gifted! This was so much harder than I ever thought it would be! I have had 2 sleepless nights agonizing over the final decision of who to choose. I don't like having to choose, AT ALL!

I would like to thank all of you for your amazing efforts. You ALL have such beautiful work! I have to be honest in saying that if it were not for a few of my Wonderful Friends I may still be sitting here pondering! They repeatedly reminded me of keeping it to a minimum. (What's that) LOL After hours upon hours of going through things I have FINALLY narrowed it down... to 17 ladies! LOL Okay, so you think I'm crazy! I just could not do it. I know that 17 is alot, but... My Goodness, the talent that applied for our Design Team was just AMAZING! It was so hard to even narrow it down to this amount! Hello ladies. I just wanted to give you all a quick update. I have finally received all of the 2nd stage DT Call finalists' information. I will be mailing out all of the images on Monday afternoon. I am so very excited to do so.

Inky Impressions 1st Ever Design Team ANNOUNCEMENT for STAGE ONE!!!

Okay ladies, I have to be perfectly honest in saying that I never imagined that we would have this many Design Team applicants. We are so happy that you all love our images so far! This is truly an honor and such a DREAM COME TRUE!!! This was one of the hardest decisions that I have ever made in my life! NO JOKE! The beautiful cards that we have seen from all of you are just beyond INCREDIBLE! I mean that with all of my heart.

I also wanted to let you know that we have tried our best to narrow it down to 12 ladies and I have to be honest in saying..... What was I thinking??? HOW IN THE WORLD can I only pick 12 of you out of 122 applicants? LOL Every last one of you are so very talented. So, what we have decided to do is just pick more. If your name is not on the list, please keep in mind that this was a very hard choice. This is why I opted to have a few of my fellow stampers help me pick. (Thanks ladies) Also, if your name is not on the list, Please keep in mind that we will be featuring a Guest designer EVERY MONTH....so many spots will be available for that as well.

EXTENSION FOR THE INKY IMPRESSIONS DT CALL due to late post!

Hi Ladies, First of all I wanted to take the time to Thank "ALL OF YOU" for entering the Inky Impressions 1st Ever DT Call. The Call was supposed to be added a few days earlier, so due to the late posting of the Call......I am extending the call for a few extra days. I deeply apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause for any of you. The new cut off date for all of the entries will be March 22 at 11:59 p.m. The ladies that are selected will then be announced on March 23rd. For the inconvenience...... I will be picking 2 extra people to go onto the second round.

On a good note, I just wanted to let you all know that the process of making the stamps has started. I have worked "EXTREMELY" hard on making sure that the stamps will be nothing but the highest of quality. Of course cute is important, but the quality is far more important to me. With this being said, I assure you that you will be extremely happy with the final product. My stamps will all be EXTRA DEEP ETCHED and made with the finest of rubber.

1st Inky Impressions Design Team Call

Okay Stampers,
It is that time. Inky Impressions is doing the first ever Design Team Call. We are looking "ALL OVER THE WORLD" for talented card makers, scrapbookers, rubber stamping artists & paper crafters of all kinds to join the Inky Impressions family. We are just starting out and need some really talented people on our team. This will be a 3 stage Process. One thing that I can promise you is a great opportunity and a super fun time!

As an Inky Impressions Design Team member you will be required to:

-Maintain a blog to post all projects to your blog
-Post all projects to Split Coast Stampers
-Post all projects to Paper Craft Planet

What are we looking for in our Design Team:

-Original & creative designs
-Great Coloring Techniques
-Ability to think outside of the box
-Good color matching skills
-Ability to provide a great picture of your work
Overall, we are looking for well rounded crafters that can produce that card or project that just makes us say WOW….. That is Amazing! Something that tells us that you really & truly enjoy what you do.

STAGE ONE:
To enter the Inky Impressions DT call….. create a post on your blog with 2 of your best cards and use Inky Impressions 1st Design Team Call as the Title of your post. Then link your post below. All of the projects submitted must include line art stamped images that you have hand colored yourself. Your coloring technique is extremely important being that all of our images do require coloring. We will then narrow it down to 10 lucky ladies who will invited to participate in stage 2. You will have until 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time on March 17th (St. Patty’s Day) to link your post. The 10 finalists will be announced Wednesday March 18th

STAGE TWO:
When you see your name as one of the final 10….. Please email us at InkyimpressionsDT@yahoo.com and provide the following information: Your name, home address, & phone number. This way we can mail you out a stamped image and also a sketch for you to follow to create your project.

Hello stampers! Welcome to the Inky Impressions Challenge Blog. This blog is dedicated to all of you that have fallen in love with LiLi & Angelica! Our Design Team will be having weekly challenges here every Wednesday to challenge each other and also YOU! We hope to spark your creativity and inspire new projects. Joining in will be fun & easy, we would love to see any craft project, all we ask is that you have at least one Inky Impressions image on your design.
