Inky Impressions Design Team Call!

It is that time again! Inky Impressions is having a Design Team call. We are looking for enthusiastic, friendly and talented stampers to help promote our products and to provide inspiration to the stamping community, through your personal blog and online galleries!

This call is open to everyone! If you have applied for our any of our previous Design Team calls, please feel free to reapply! You are not required to use Inky Impressions stamps for your submissions but it’s a plus if you do.

All submissions must be received by March 30th, 2012 by midnight (12:00 a.m.) Eastern Time. The new Design Team will be announced the week of May 1st, 2012.


What we are looking for in our Designers:
~Original & creative designs

~Great Coloring Techniques

~Ability to think outside of the box

~Good color matching skills

Please read the below details carefully!


Requirements:
~Each designer will commit to a 4 month term (May 2012-August 2012).

~5 or more projects per month to be posted to your personal blog, on the Inky Impressions Challenge Blog, and on the Inky Impressions Inspiration Blog (cards, layouts, altered projects, tutorials and/or videos) with a minimum of one Inky Impressions card a week.

~You will need the ability to take good quality photos of your creations.

~You will need to display the Inky Impressions logo and a list of the Inky Impressions design team members on your blog.

~You MUST have an active personal blog and promote Inky Impressions Rubber Stamps whenever possible on your blog (this includes use of logos/blinkies, linking posts/products to the online store, and posting in online forums where allowed).

~You MUST post to the Inky Impressions Inspirational Blog a minimum of 1 time per month, dates to be assigned at the beginning of your term.

~You MUST mail in 2 physical project samples per month for our trade show booths or special assignments as requested (samples will not be returned).

~Participation in Inky Impressions blog hops and promotions plus enter into challenges outside of the Inky Impressions Challenges with each creation you make, and enter into a minimum of one Spiltcoast Stampers Challenge a month.

~You MUST be willing to post all Inky Impressions cards/projects to the Splitcoast Stampers gallery.

~Commenting weekly on Inky Impression Challenge entries (you will be assigned 2 numbers for every 10 entries).

~Your name and a link to your blog will be displayed on the Inky Impressions Challenge Blog and on the Inky Impressions Inspiration Blog.

~Plus, a great opportunity to work with a fun and friendly design team!

~Your full name, full shipping address and telephone number.

~A short paragraph telling us about yourself and your crafting history, including why you want to be on the Inky Impressions Design Team!

~A link to your personal blog and any online galleries.

~Include a list of any current or past design teams you have been a part of (design team experience is not required!).

~Attach photos of 3 projects you created recently that you feel is some of your best work (we'd like to see at least one project and one card). You do not have to create new projects for the call; we just want to get a feel for your style.

~Please include your stamping resume, if you have one.

You will receive an email confirming receipt of your application within 48 hours. If you do not receive confirmation, please re-send your application.

We are so excited to announce that here at the Inky Impressions Challenge Blog we are looking for a few good designers.

We welcome you to apply for the design team using the guidelines listed below. Please read the information carefully and give it some consideration. We are looking for designers with all levels of skill and craft abilities. So…what are you waiting for? Submit your DT application today!

Announcement of team on blog March 28^th, 2011
Term Date: April 1st, 2011 - July 31st, 2011

Inky Impressions Designer Requirements:

• Responsible for at least four (4) cards per month
• Participates in at least one other challenge outside of Inky.
• Participates in new release blog hops as applicable
• Is responsible for meeting deadlines and having projects posted in the yahoo group in a timely manner
• Encourages creativity and fosters positive communications via blog posts and feedback on challenge entries
• Must do a special project such as a tutorial/ technique and Anything but a Card at some point during their term (can be combined with your inspirational post)
• Must provide a minimum of two insipirational posts each montth
• MUST be able to take quality photographs of your work.
• Spreads information via blogs, social sites (i.e. Twitter, Facebook, MySpace, etc) or any other social networking site where it is acceptable to do so. Especially regarding new releases, special sales events at the Inky Impressions and Challenge Blog.
• Communicate any absences or inabilities to complete your projects to the DTC/SR. Designer and  Owner prior to the post it affects. (i.e. illness, vacations, etc.)
• Must send at least one (1) card per month to the Owner to be used at conventions/shows.
• Term is four months. We strive to keep this a fun, friendly, supportive and positive site. We encourage you to participate in group conversations and enjoy your experience.

• Design Team Member Button to use on your blog and / or site
• You will receive 5 images and 2 sentiments to use during your term.  Projects created with these items are to be used to promote the store and challenge blog (items are to be linked back to the store in your blog posts) but are yours to keep
• The opportunity to build your craft resume’ while showcasing your work and inspiring others
• 20% DT discount on purchases made at the store .

INKY IMPRESSIONS DESIGN TEAM CALL.........

Hello everyone! I have a bit of good news to share! A few weeks ago, we released our Fall/School Images! We are now prepping to get our Winter Images released, as well.

While we await the New Winter Images, we would like to add a few more INKETTES to our Design Team! If you're interested in designing for Inky Impressions, please email me at Nicole@inkyimpressions.com Please attach 2-3 of your favorite cards and at least one project.
